Open House for "Finding the Figure," An Exhibition by the Schulenburg Studio Artists

All are invited to experience "Finding the Figure," an exhibition of paintings by Paul Schulenburg and members of the longstanding live painting and drawing group that has met at the Schulenburg Studio in Eastham for the past 14 years, in the Constantinidis Great Hall and Saben Board Room galleries through March 27. The exhibition has no admission fee. The Cultural Center will host an open house on Saturday, March 6, from 2-5pm.

 

Visitors are also invited to experience "Faces and Nature,” a collection of art in various media by student artist Torriann Matheney, who has been working with Cultural Center arts mentors Jessie Nickerson, Sarah Holl, and Nate Olin for years. In the Vault Gallery through March 27. Also "Cape Cod Solitude," a collection of photographs by Rachel Jones depicting the solitude many have felt during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic. On exhibit in the Blue Room from March 3-27. And “Ocean Compositions,” an exhibit of oil paintings by Livia Mosanu, in the Education Wing through March 20.

 

All are welcome, but CDC protocols including social distancing and mask usage will be observed. Gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday from noon to 5pm. For more information, call 508-394-7100.
